As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development and strategy of several key pillars of our game. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including game design, engineering, production, and marketing, to ensure that our products meet both player expectations and business goals. Your leadership will help shape the vision for our game.

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our game
Collaborate with development teams to prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on player feedback and market analysis
Conduct market research and analyse player data to inform product decisions
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches
Monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks, ensuring timelines are met
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates and performance

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry or a related field
Strong understanding of game development processes and methodologies
Proven experience designing and integrating UX and workflows for games, tools, or consumer-facing platforms
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong analytical skills, with experience utilising data to inform product decisions
Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset
Experience defining success criteria, driving iterative improvements, and representing internal and external customers in product design
Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of player preferences and market trends

Desirable

Experience working on successful game titles from concept to launch
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Ability to drive product strategy and engage stakeholders effectively
