Mastek UK Limited is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team to drive product-centric initiatives. This role focuses on developing and managing digital healthcare products that enhance patient experiences and support the goals around digital healthcare transformation and prevention.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone, to join an exciting new team at the early stages of programmes. Experience in designing and driving product roadmaps will be essential, as will a focus on both product centric and user centred design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute products that align with the healthcare transformation goals safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and platform teams) to ensure the successful development and delivery of digital healthcare products.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, including product planning, development, launch and continuous improvement.
- Engage with senior stakeholders (incl. C-suite) to gather requirements, understand user needs and ensure products meet the highest standards of user experience, security and functionality.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize product performance.
- Put User Centred Design at the heart of what we do to ensure that products meet the needs of all users
- Drive innovation by being product centric, adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance product development and delivery.
- Ensure effective use of collaborative tools to manage workflows and optimise team collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role, ideally within an NHS or healthcare environment.
- Track record of successful large-scale delivery will be a definite advantage.
- Experience in product strategy, roadmap development and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery, product-centric mindsets and practices.
- Expert level knowledge of user-centred service design practices and methodologies
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and NHS stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use evidence to drive product decisions and improvements.
- Proficiency in using collaborative tools (e.g., Jira) to manage product development workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a user-focused approach to product development.
