🔧 The Role

A large, complex organisation undergoing post-merger transformation is seeking an Interim Product Manager to stabilise a critical compliance area.

This role is focused on rapid discovery and delivery of a Power App solution to replace fragmented spreadsheets and SharePoint-based processes, reducing compliance risk while laying foundations for a future unified system.

This is a hands-on, delivery-led Product Manager role, working closely with engineers to move fast in a high-risk, ambiguous environment.

💡 Key Focus Areas

• Lead end-to-end discovery to define requirements for a Power App solution
• Challenge existing processes to separate legal obligations from changeable practices
• Translate complex compliance needs into clear user stories, workflows, and backlog items
• Shape and plan data migration from spreadsheets and legacy systems

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager
• Proven experience delivering digital products in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
• Hands-on experience delivering Power Apps alongside engineers (essential)
• Strong discovery, requirements definition, and problem-framing skills
• Confident working day-to-day with engineers (user stories, workflows, delivery trade-offs)
• Experience dealing with messy legacy data and migration planning
• Comfortable running workshops, challenging stakeholders, and driving decisions
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and calm in high-risk problem spaces

• Location: Wembley or Basingstoke (Hybrid – initial on-site workshops required)
• Day Rate: £425 (Outside IR35)
