Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do

• Own the growth roadmap for Sage Individual, driving acquisition, conversion, and retention in the UK sole trader market.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user discovery to understand the needs and motivations of freelancers and gig workers.
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to optimise onboarding, trial-to-paid conversion, and product-led growth strategies.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, customer-centric features that drive engagement.
• Use data, user feedback, and market trends to make informed product decisions.
• Define and track success metrics aligned to growth goals, working in agile, iterative cycles.
• Build strong relationships across product, commercial, and customer success teams to align priorities and maximise impact.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes like Making Tax Digital for Income Tax, ensuring compliance without compromising simplicity.
