As Product Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a well-established portfolio — from panels and sensors to cloud and mobile integration. You’ll guide the roadmap, listen to customers, collaborate with engineers, and bring innovative, compliant, and customer-first solutions to market.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the product roadmap and lifecycle for intrusion alarm systems.
• Conduct voice-of-customer research with integrators, dealers, and end users.
• Define requirements and collaborate across engineering, UX, operations, and sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory standards.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and act as subject matter expert for training, trade shows, and partner engagement.

What You Need:

• 2+ years in product management (intrusion/electronic security)
• 4+ years overall in electronic security hardware/software.
• Proven experience delivering hardware + cloud-integrated products.
• Strong knowledge of compliance & security standards (UL/ETL/CE/EN).
• Agile mindset with experience in Jira/ADO and hardware/software release cycles.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with execs, engineers, and customers globally.
