At Shawbrook, we build smarter financial products by combining deep expertise with modern technology. As we continue scaling our product teams, we’re looking for a Product Manager to own our payments domain, a core component of how our customers interact with money every day.
In this newly created role, you’ll join a cross-functional squad and take ownership of everything from Faster Payments and BACS to third-party integrations and infrastructure enhancements. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the complexity of payment systems but wants the freedom to build meaningful, scalable solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the product lifecycle for payments, from discovery through to iteration
- Work closely with engineers, designers and data teams in a fast-paced squad
- Improve payment processing reliability and experience
- Build solutions across Faster Payments, BACS and third-party systems
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and vendor partners
What we’re looking for:
- Strong product experience in fintech or payments environments
- Knowledge of UK payment rails (FPS, BACS, etc.)
- Comfortable working with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Able to lead cross-functional delivery with clarity and purpose
- Hands-on, data-informed, outcome-oriented
- Utilising AI from a product management perspective
