Product Manager | Climate Tech Startup
Location: London or Bristol (Hybrid, 2 days/week in-office)
Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 DOE
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right person)
La Fosse is happy to announce that we are partnered with an early-stage, venture-backed startup working at the intersection of software and the energy transition. The company is building tools to solve one of the biggest bottlenecks in decarbonisation, in a space where legacy systems, fragmented workflows, and manual processes still dominate.
They’ve recently closed a funding round, secured strong early traction, and are growing quickly across the UK and internationally. Their platform is already delivering measurable value to customers and creating real impact in one of the most critical areas of climate action.
Now they’re hiring a Product Manager to help them move faster, scale smarter, and shape the next chapter of their growth.
The Role
This is the first non-founder product hire. You’ll join a small, high-performing team and work closely with product, design, engineering, and operations. You’ll take ownership of a key area of the platform, speak regularly with users, and drive high-quality product decisions from discovery through to delivery.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who wants to work in a fast-moving environment, focus on real user problems, and help build something with lasting impact.
