Product Manager—Omada

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about people and products. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products and campaigns that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop GTM strategies, define key selling points, and execute product marketing initiatives
  • Identify and advise on product and feature gaps, with particular focus on the Business Wireless and Managed Switch portfolio.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, liaise closely with the HQ product management team.
  • Conduct detailed competitor and market research and report regularly to the TP-LINK management team.
  • Deliver webinars, offline sessions, and product/feature demonstrations to partner.
  • Be an advisor to the sales and marketing teams, communicate the value proposition of B2B products and develop sales tools to support the selling process.
  • Competently present both internally and externally to promote the story of our business products.
  • Work closely with sales to develop brand new business opportunities and support them with general day to day customer activity.
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.


Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or above in Computing Networking/Engineering/Science;
  • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, routing & switching, and WLAN technologies
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively network in cross-functional parts of the TP-LINK organization.
  • Capability to be a self-starter, set priorities and collaborate with different elements of a business organization.
  • Experienced presenter who is competent at sharing the TP-Link vision and practical product solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of authoring industry and product related blogs, white papers, and presentations.
  • Good technical understanding of the business class product portfolio and able to articulate to customers and colleagues.
  • Problem solving, providing solutions and playing an interactive role within the team
  • Deep analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Full UK Driving license as you will be required to visit the office and customer premises on a regular basis.
