About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of self-service analytics solutions, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and contributing to the evolution of KAIT – Knowledge & Assistance through Intelligent Technology. KAIT is FDJ United's intelligent assistant platform, designed to unify employee access to tools, knowledge, and services. In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap for both self-service analytics and select KAIT initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative, AI-powered tools that empower teams across the Online Betting and Gaming (OBG) Unit to independently explore, analyse, and act on data insights. This is a strategic role that blends technical understanding, product ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate the employee experience through AI-enhanced self-service capabilities. You'll play a key role in making “Ask KAIT” the default behavior for employees seeking data, insights, or support - while also enabling powerful self-service analytics tools that put insight generation directly in the hands of business teams.
