As we continue our mission to make people and nature happy through re-inventing chocolate, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team on a fixed-term contract basis until the end of December 2025.
This role is right at the heart of how we position and market our product categories to customers. Working as part of the Campaign and Category Marketing Team, you will play a key part in delivering product insight, naming, positioning and key messages along with developing and delivering new product launch plans.
As Product Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with our sales and marketing channels to plan and execute high quality product launches ensuring that each launch drives maximum commercial and brand impact.
Working closely with our Marketing Campaign Team, you will support in ensuring that we are focused on the categories and product launches that will drive both commercial performance and brand differentiation. For our in-life product categories you will review market trends and customer feedback, ensuring that our positioning and marketing assets are relevant and up to date alongside bring consistently executed across channels – including the regular update of toolkits for core and seasonal ranges.

Here at Hotel Chocolat, we've adopted hybrid working. This means you’ll join us on site for three days a week, and for the other two days – you can work from wherever you like! The on-site location for this role is our support office, ‘Mint House’, in Royston, Hertfordshire. Our home from the very beginning, it’s just off the A505 and 10 minutes’ walk from Royston train station, with direct rail links to London King’s Cross.
