About Us

We are Ocado Solutions, and we are revolutionising online grocery. We partner with the world's leading retailers, providing our innovative Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) – a powerful blend of automation and software – to elevate their e-commerce capabilities. Join us and be part of a team that's shaping the future of retail, working with global giants from Kroger to AEON.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to develop their skills and experience to a product at the cutting edge of B2B technology.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for transforming an exciting roadmap of powerful capabilities into benefits-led narratives that support our commercial and partner growth efforts. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Product, Solutions Management, New Business and Partner Success to distill complex product families and propositions and articulate well-differentiated narratives.

You will own, manage and evolve a library of assets and proof points, including commercial enablement packs, feature and product launch materials, case studies and testimonials and others.

You will support the execution of our new business marketing strategy and plan, to drive commercial growth, working hand in hand with our New Business teams.

You will be a subject matter expert on the product families and propositions under your remit and will be able to clearly articulate and validate their market fit and differentiation.

  • Support the development of commercial enablement materials and assets to support partner engagement and story telling around different elements of OSP.
  • Build a solid grasp of the end-to-end capabilities of the Ocado Smart Platform; the ability to ‘connect the dots’ and extol the benefits of our end-to-end proposition is key.
  • Develop and maintain a library of well-differentiated commercial enablement materials and messaging that represent the latest view on each proposition within your remit.
  • Collaborate closely with the relevant Product teams to grow awareness and support for the OSP roadmap, helping excite, motivate and prepare our partners and partner facing teams for upcoming product releases and launches, developing engaging product launch materials and comms (both external and internal facing).
  • Execute marketing activities to support prospect engagement and the development of new business opportunities, working closely with the new business product and acquisition teams.

About You

  • Some commercial experience in Marketing or another relevant technology marketing/communications/product discipline
  • A talented storyteller with the ability to distill complex products and concepts and create clear, simple and impactful product stories for a wide range of stakeholders; excellent writing and more than a slight obsession with language is key
  • Highly analytical, comfortable using data to influence decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
