As a Product Marketing Manager at Expana, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how our solutions are positioned and perceived in the market. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, content, and customer success teams to bring new products and features to life, and drive measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Messaging & Positioning
- Create compelling messaging and value propositions that clearly communicate our product benefits
- Leverage analytics, customer insights, and market trends to refine messaging and GTM strategy
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Turn complex features into clear, benefits-led narratives
- Content Development
- Partner with content teams to create impactful assets—sales decks, whitepapers, case studies, etc.
- Own product storytelling, with a focus on use cases, differentiation, and outcomes
- Market Intelligence
- Conduct competitor analysis, win/loss reviews, and customer interviews
- Feed insights directly into product development and marketing plans
- Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
- Lead GTM planning for new products and major feature releases
- Coordinate efforts across sales, product, and marketing teams
- Develop onboarding and adoption strategies that increase feature usage and retention
- Support Customer Success with expansion and upsell opportunities
- Performance & Analytics
- Define success metrics for product marketing activities
- Monitor and report on performance to inform and optimise future strategy
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or DaaS
- Experience with enterprise B2B products, especially subscription-based platforms
- A strong commercial mindset and a track record of supporting revenue growth
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with SEO and marketing content best practices
- Industry knowledge in supply chain, commodities, market intelligence, or agrifood (ideal)
- A self-starter attitude with a bias for action and a drive to exceed goals
