The Product Solutions and Operations (PSO) team's goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by crafting activations to push our most strategic ad solutions to market and identyfying key product needs from our biggest clients. We're a global team with regional hubs and are expanding our team in Poland.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in Central Europe. Sitting as part of the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, you will collaborate closely with our biggest clients, in-market sales, headquarter product and European product marketing teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners and clients are key skills. As the successful candidate, you must have experience working in digital performance marketing, ideally in a product marketing role. This is a full-time position based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Own TikTok's web performance products GTM strategies and grow revenue & product adoption, for the Retail, CPG, Apps & Entertainment verticals
- Become the in-market product expert by partnering closely with sales team and their biggest clients to deeply understand customer pain points, product needs and business requirements
- Ensure a market- and client-first approach by working closely with our biggest advertisers and help increase product adoptions, identify blockers and growth opportunities
- Act as the voice of the market in product, synthesise market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions
- Collaborate with XFN teams on product GTM and adoption strategies which would include narratives, solutions packages, best practices and product recommendations
- Develop sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working within media in marketing or ideally in a product marketing capacity with a strong focus on Performance marketing.
- Expertise in media sales and performance marketing (specifically paid social media)
- Strong knowledge of the Central Europe market and media ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
- A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry expertise in Retail, CPG, Apps & Entertainment
- Fluent in English
