We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join a growing team that supports a portfolio of well-established brands across shipping, logistics, marketing, and print services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with commercial strategy—developing compelling product campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving adoption across a national network.

What You’ll Be Doing...

Support the creation of go-to-market strategies and campaign assets for new and existing products.
Craft briefs for brochures, POS materials, social media, email campaigns, and website visuals that are engaging, accurate, and on-brand.
Collaborate with UK and EU teams to define product requirements and support seamless launches tailored to the UK market.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and franchise partners to boost product visibility and adoption.
Monitor product performance and use insights to refine campaigns and maximise impact.
Provide marketing assets to empower local teams in promoting products effectively.

What You’ll Bring...

Proven experience in marketing campaign development across digital and physical channels.
Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., CMS, email tools) and design software is a plus.
Experience in a franchise or multi-brand environment is advantageous.
