Product Owner – Investment Banking | London | Hybrid | 1-Year Contract | Inside ir35
We’re seeking a Product Owner to join a high-performing Global Banking team on a long-term contract. You'll work in an agile delivery model, acting as a key link between business and technology, with regular exposure to senior banking stakeholders.
Working setup:
- Start: ASAP
- Location: London (3 days/week onsite mandatory)
- Full-time (8-hour days)
- Duration: 12 months with extension potential
- Contract: Inside ir35
What you’ll do:
- Elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements from diverse stakeholders
- Develop use cases, traceability matrices, and business process models
- Collaborate closely with developers using Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language
- Prioritise user stories in alignment with business needs, particularly within Coverage, Advisory, and Capital Markets
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience producing BA artifacts, planning analysis activities, and requirements analysis
- Track record of delivering successful products in the investment banking sector
- Confident communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and working as a Product Owner within a Scrum team
- Experience in AI/ML strategies and LLM integration is a plus
