Overview
Responsibilities includes
- Ownership of Portfolio Management backlog ensuring sprints have stories that meet DOR
- Managing project scope and timelines within the sprint
- Ensuring the resource adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
- Ensure each person is working on the right tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery within the sprint
- Engaging with stakeholders to deliver value driven initiatives, epics & stories within the quarterly PI planning session & sprints (3 weeks sprints)
- Enabling collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
- Aligning to Support Model - Operations Team.
- Provide reporting for leadership stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensure UAT and stakeholder signoff has been received for stories meeting the DOD after each sprint
- Daily - Daily stand-ups as per Scrum guidelines.
- Weekly - Project level meetings with Project teams covering regular status updates, issues & challenges
- Plan, Initiate & Manage PO related Scrum ceremonies
