Description

We are seeking a Telecom OSS Business Analyst with strong expertise in B2B service delivery and assurance domains, specifically across PE TX, B2B workflows, and Resolve.
The role involves gathering and translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications, analyzing enterprise service provisioning and fault management processes, and ensuring seamless integration across OSS systems that support large scale enterprise connectivity solutions.
The candidate will collaborate closely with network engineering, service delivery, service assurance, and IT teams to optimize end to end processes for enterprise circuits, PE–CE configurations, ticketing, workflow automation, and SLA driven operations.
Key responsibilities include creating user stories, refining product backlogs, validating data flows and APIs, and supporting design of scalable OSS capabilities that enhance visibility, operational efficiency, and customer experience for B2B services.
The ideal candidate should bring strong analytical skills, hands on experience with enterprise network OSS tools including Resolve, and deep understanding of B2B service lifecycles in telecom environments
