In a nutshell
This role is all about making sure the systems that power our Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain teams truly work for the people who rely on them every day.
As Product Owner for eMRO & Planning Control, you’ll own the direction and evolution of our Trax eMRO and Planning Control systems, shaping roadmaps, unlocking capability and ensuring everything we deliver is compliant, intuitive and future-ready. Working hand-in-hand with Technology, our system partner Trax, and colleagues across Engineering & Maintenance, you’ll turn complex technology into practical, people-focused solutions that keep Virgin Atlantic moving.

You’re a confident, collaborative Product Owner who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, operations and people, turning complex systems into tools that genuinely support great outcomes.
