JOB DESCRIPTION
Day to Day Insight Global is seeking a Workday Product Owner to join a top global consulting firm. This firm delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures. The product owner will be joining a global agile Core HR team and will be responsible for supporting the ongoing delivery for key HR processes within Core HR. The product owner will need to manage competing priorities, maintain delivery momentum, and ensure alignment with the existing roadmap. Day-to-day responsibilities may include the following: • Manage the squad’s backlog to ensure timely delivery of enhancements, bug fixes, and feature rollouts. Track progress against goals and key deliverables for supported projects • Collaborate closely with the current Product Owner to understand existing plans, initiatives, and stakeholder needs. Step in to lead tactical execution while preserving strategic direction. • Act as the voice of the customer and business, coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional product teams to support dependencies. Ensure smooth communication with HR, IT, and functional partners. • Coordinate across teams to keep deliverables on track, clarify requirements, and make trade-off decisions when needed. Maintain transparency and keep priorities aligned. • Ensure adherence to agile practices and contribute to a collaborative squad culture. Participate in sprint ceremonies and support ongoing performance feedback within the squad. This position can sit fully remote in the UK, working standard local hours. Pay-rate: $40-60/hour USD. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and education.
