The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Product Strategy Manager to focus on the London Market and Lloyd’s ecosystem, with reach across EMEA and APAC. This is an outbound product management and go-to-market strategy role, not traditional marketing.

You will act as the go-to lead for product positioning and advocacy, ensuring

DXC’s insurance solutions stand out competitively, launch successfully, and resonate with London Market buyers. Partnering closely with Product, Sales, Delivery, and Analyst Relations teams, you will translate market insights into positioning, GTM execution, and roadmap influence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product positioning tailored to the London Market.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and enhancements.
• Gather the voice of the market perspectives across customers, brokers, syndicates, and regulators.
• Monitor competitor activity, regulatory change, and ecosystem shifts to shape DXC’s approach.
• Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure enablement content drives adoption and growth.
• Support analyst relations and thought leadership activities; represent DXC at industry events and forums.

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Knowledge of the London Market and/or Lloyd’s ecosystem.
• Ability to develop and deliver go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Skilled at analysing market trends and translating insights into clear business value.
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders, analysts, and external audiences.
