Our content team is seeking a production assistant to help deliver best-in-class creative campaigns and experiences.

About You

DDA is looking for an enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of work from LIVE through to branded content, editorial & corporate films, graphics and animation - working within an existing dynamic and creative team, based at our DDA London Office. 

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team on a wide range of production projects throughout the pre-production, production and post-production process.
• Arranging transport for crew, kit, clients and staff with taxis, trains, car & van hire, hotels, couriers, planes etc.
• Arranging catering and refreshments whilst on set.
• Creating detailed call sheets, risk assessments, method statements, scripts, storyboards and treatments across a variety of projects, in order to manage workflow of jobs.
• Support the team with production coordination around logistics, permits and scheduling where required.
• Help develop a comprehensive database of key freelance contacts from directors, post staff, creatives, shooting crew, through to equipment & kit hire companies, including developing better relationships with suppliers and implementing savings.
• Manage supplier invoices delivered to accounts. 

Skills & Experience

• Ability to work both as part of a team as well as independently, but always with passion and energy.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude with regards to the undertaking of tasks and challenges.
• Strong communication, organisation, administrative and time management skills, as well as an excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record in supporting across various types of content production.
• Excellent admin, time management and organisational skills.
• A desire to take ownership and responsibility for DDA Content’s project activity, delivery and the quality of work.

Additional Information

We offer hybrid working with 4 days working from the London office and 1 day from home. Office hours are 09:30am to 6pm with the occasional late night pending shoot schedule.
