Production Co-ordinator

Joining as a Production Co-Ordinator on an initial 6 month contract for one of ITG's biggest retail clients, you'll effectively support the seamless onboarding of exciting new categories into our retail client's Food digital catalogue.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will take the initiative to collaborate across these new categories and ensure they are thoroughly prepared for a successful launch.

Your role will involve engaging with various teams and departments, fostering cross-functional partnerships to align objectives and streamline the onboarding process. We are particularly looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses a strong ability to navigate and manage ambiguity with confidence and adaptability, making you a crucial part of our team's success.

The role is very admin heavy and will require excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Your key accountabilities will include but not limited to:

• Ordering Food product samples to be photographed
• Reviewing, renaming, resizing and uploading packshot files to our image library across several categories
• Setting up products on our product platform, ready to surface online
• Ensuring timings are adhered to
• Managing sign offs and approvals of images
• Updating all relevant trackers on a daily and weekly basis

• Stakeholder management & strong communication skills 
• Excellent organisational, planning and attention to detail
• Initiative, able to work independently as well as within a team  
• Strong ability to problem solve and recommend solutions  
• Ability to cope well in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at any one time
