Description

The Production Manager will be responsible for all manufacturing related activities including planning, production, quality and H&S.

Other day to day responsibilities will include:

Leading, managing and co-ordinating all manufacturing activity on site
Liaising closely with both internal and external customers to achieve the desired quality standards
Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to for a safe workspace

Promoting a culture focussed on continuous improvement

Developing high performing teams

Achieving agreed KPIs

Profile

Successful candidates will have a strong manufacturing background, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

You will also possess:

Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
A successful track record in mentoring and developing emerging talent

Job Offer

Salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
Permanent position based in Wakefield.
