Production Manager

Production Manager | Ely | Food Manufacturing | £45,000 - £48,000 + Bonus

You’ll need to be capable of getting your arms fully around this department – outputs, KPIs, targets, financials & ultimately productivity.

This role will form part of the mid-level management team reporting to the Site Director. You will take ownership of a new part of the factory, focusing on feeding into the other production areas.

Could be a great opportunity for a shift manager to step into a non-shift position, or equally an experienced production manager looking to join a growing & successful company.

What will you need?

• Production management experience in food will be ideal – minimum of shift manager level
