Shift
- Monday to Friday (38.75 hours per week)
Week 1: 5:30am - 1:45pm
Week 2: 1:45pm - 10:00pm
About the Role:
This role involves supporting our team who build our sofas.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Cushion filling (Manually inserting the correct filling into cushion cases and attaching buttons)
- Wood picking ( Picking wood components for sofa frames)
- Fabric picking (Select and pick the correct pieces)
- Packing / Wrapping sofas (Work in a 2 person team)
- Loading / Unloading on and off lorries
- General Support (Performing various essential tasks to support the wider manufacturing team, ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow)
We're looking for a dedicated individual who:
- Is comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Who will be able to comfortably use heavy trolleys throughout your shift.
- Possesses a good eye for detail and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates commitment to working efficiently and meeting targets.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is able to adhere to strict health and safety regulations.
- Is capable of working independently
- Has a desire to learn new skills and apply them where required.
