Production Operative

Morecambe Strongdor Factory

Full time Late Shift, Monday to Thursday 2:45pm to 12:45am

At Strongdor, we take pride in crafting high quality, British-made bespoke steel doors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our team.

About The Role

As Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. An opportunity is available in the leaf line department.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with your team to manufacture bespoke steel doors from sheet metal.
Read and interpret technical drawings.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and relevant SOPs.
Maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Relaying process improvement, suggestions, and challenges to your team leader.
Being a flexible team member, willing to work at any point of the process

Full training will be provided for this role.

Late shift:

Monday to Thursday: 2:45pm 12:45am
