We’re looking for a hands-on Production Shift Manager to lead and inspire our shop floor team at our Skipton manufacturing site. If you’re passionate about driving performance, maintaining compliance, and creating a positive culture, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What you’ll do:
✔ Lead and manage day-to-day production late shift operations
✔ Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
✔ Manage team performance, engagement, and training plans
✔ Ensure compliance with GMP and Health & Safety standards
✔ Champion continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience leading production teams in a regulated environment
✅ Strong knowledge of GMP and Health & Safety compliance
✅ Ability to manage performance and employee relations
✅ Degree qualified self-motivated leader with excellent communication skills
(Pharmaceutical experience and ERP knowledge are a plus!)
