• Monday to Thursday: 22:20 – 06:30

• Friday: 22:30 – 06:50

About the Role:

As Production Shift Supervisor, you’ll oversee night shift operations, leading your team to meet production targets while ensuring top standards of safety, hygiene, and quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supervisory role blending people management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all night shift production activities and resources
• Monitor and drive performance against shift KPIs (output, downtime, waste)
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, Health & Safety, and hygiene standards
• Deliver effective team handovers and communicate shift updates clearly
• Support cross-functional collaboration to resolve production challenges
• Lead by example, promoting a high-performing and inclusive team culture
• Carry out resource planning, team management, and performance conversations
• Take part in onboarding and development of new team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a supervisory/lead role in food or FMCG manufacturing
• Knowledge of operational planning, OEE, KPIs, and quality systems
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills
• Solutions-oriented with high attention to detail and a calm approach
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, dynamic environment
• Proficient in IT systems (e.g., Excel, production reporting tools)
