We are now seeking a
Production Team Leader to join our Technical Operations team. As Production Team Leader for an exciting new therapy, you’ll be responsible for managing a high-performing team to meet production targets while ensuring compliance with cGMP and EHS standards. You’ll drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of accountability, and support the development of your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Production team to deliver the manufacturing schedule safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and site policies, always maintaining audit readiness.
- Collaborate with Bioprocess Development, ensuring successful transfer to Technical Operations.
- Ensure that the team have the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver the production schedule on time and in full and actively contribute to improving processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar role from the pharma industry or other highly regulated industry
- Proficiency in cGMP and Environment, Health & Safety standards
- Experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
