Productivity Business Partner - ISS

We are looking for a driven and pragmatic professional to support on-account teams in delivering maximum efficiency across the business. This role will play a key part in deploying productivity programmes on site, ensuring accurate data capture, meaningful reporting and strong compliance through physical audits.

Working in a highly matrixed environment, you will liaise and influence across operations, account teams, programme leads, SMEs and frontline colleagues to embed best practice and deliver measurable performance improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Support data capture, cleansing and analysis to ensure accurate productivity metrics
• Deploy productivity and efficiency programmes across identified sites and accounts
• Audit sites for compliance, identify gaps and develop action plans to address them
• Train and support on-site teams to embed productivity improvements at frontline level
• Work with programme leads to report progress and manage delivery against plan
• Engage and influence key operational stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes

About you:

• Experience within Facilities Management (outsourced or in-house)
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset
• Understanding of project management principles
• Tenacious, pragmatic and results-focused
• Customer service experience with a strong service-led mindset
• Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
• Flexibility and mobility, with countywide travel required
• Service line experience in cleaning, catering, security, workplace or engineering (desirable)
