We are seeking to recruit a part-time Professional Placements Administrator to join our education placements team within the School of Education, Sport & Health Sciences which has been judged by Ofsted in April 2024 as an Outstanding provider for Initial Teacher Training.
In this pivotal role, your sharp organisational skills and proactive approach will help ensure our students receive seamless support during their setting-based training placements. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, where you will administer the placing of students in their setting based training placements in accordance with professional and statutory requirements. Using your customer service experience be the first point of contact with our partner schools and students to communicate effectively including the drafting of correspondence and communications.
To Be Successful, You Should Have
- The skills to be able to build networks and maintain positive working relationships
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good customer service experience, which will include excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisations skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Solid IT skills, especially across the MS Office suite
Hours 18.5 – days and times to be agreed with individual, our preferred pattern would include working some hours on a Monday and Tuesday, as this post forms part of a job share.
