Thomson Reuters is looking for a
Professional Services Manager to lead a portfolio of client delivery projects for our
legal software solutions - owning outcomes across scope, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will manage a team of consultants and project managers, drive financial performance (utilization, revenue, margin), and ensure engagements are executed with rigor. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success & Sales to align delivery plans with solution capabilities and commercial commitments—removing obstacles and escalating risks to keep complex programs moving.
About The Role
As a
Professional Services Manager, you will:
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple customer engagements (implementation, technical consulting, training), ensuring on‑time, on‑budget outcomes and high customer satisfaction
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants; set goals, coach performance, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvemen
- Lead staffing and resource planning across a global delivery model, balancing workloads and skills to meet demand
Support recruiting, onboarding, and professional development; uphold delivery standards and playbooks Serve as the delivery point of contact for executive sponsors and project stakeholders; facilitate governance meetings and executive readoutsProactively identify risks and issues; lead root‑cause analysis and corrective actions; own critical escalations to resolution.
About You
You are fit for the role of a
Professional Services Manager, if you background includes:
- 5+ years in software professional services, consulting, or program delivery
- People leadership and/or mentorship experience
- Financial acumen: hands‑on ownership of utilization, revenue, margin, and forecasting.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills; adept at steering governance and escalations
