What will you do?
We are seeking a highly motivated Professional Services Operations Manager with experience in services to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our CS Operations team, you will oversee and manage cross-functional projects E2E—from discovery to implementation. In addition, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing customer success processes, focusing on customer onboarding and professional services.
Ideal candidates will combine technical and system analysis skills with business application experience, an understanding of business processes, and a customer-facing approach.

You’re tech-savvy and passionate about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
You have strong organizational skills and a proven ability to lead teams and drive impactful changes.
3+ years of experience in Project Management and Information systems (technical background required).
Experience with relevant software tools and systems for operations management, such as Salesforce, Asana, Zendesk, SurveyMonkey, Pendo, and Tableau.
Experience implementing tools and scaling a CS organization is a significant advantage.
You possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
You have an interest in the HR Tech industry and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Planning, designing, and managing cross-functional projects E2E
Owning and optimizing Professional Services business processes
Implementing processes and frameworks related to our Professional Services Department
Building dashboards and reports to track key metrics
Managing software to facilitate PS Ops activities and improve efficiency
Implementing playbooks and milestones to scale tech touch customer onboarding
Coordinating cross-functional processes to support the team in meeting gross margin targets and delivering on customers’ needs
Translating business requirements/needs into detailed design docs, including user stories, solution specs, process diagrams, and KPIs measurement & tracking
