Professional Business Support Administrator
Division – Payments and Digital Assets
Salary - National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from £25,000 to £31,200 and London £27,500 to £34,300 per annum (Salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

You will be supporting within the Payments and Digital Assets division, liaising across two teams to support with various administrative tasks such as organising meeting invites, setting up team away-days, fulfilling recruitment needs and assisting in team operational tasks. You will liaise closely with other colleagues in similar supporting divisions such as Personal Assistants (PA) and Professional Business Support (PBS) colleagues to ensure the effective running of the department, playing a key role prioritising organisational engagements.
What will you be doing?
- Working closely with colleagues within the teams to ensure the effective running of the department
- Management and regulation of diaries including co-ordinating attendance of external meetings, including meeting room bookings, travel, accommodation, and expenses
- Managing and being accountable for joiner/mover/leaver IT requirements and resolving ad hoc issues or queries on behalf of the managers
- Working alongside local Personal Assistants (to the Heads of Department and the Director) to manage and coordinate the departments administrative activities, including ensuring there is adequate administrative cover

Minimum
- Experience of strong diary management using Microsoft Outlook
- Experience managing key administrative tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience in managing room-booking systems and arranging travel
Essential
- Sound knowledge and confidence using OneNote, Outlook and other similar packages, and the ability to get up to speed quickly with new systems
- Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritising and working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
- Flexibility to adapt and react to changing circumstances, reprioritising as necessary
- Ability to handle staff confidential data with a high degree of discretion, always maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to build good working relationships & networks
- Strong oral communication skills, summarising key issues in a timely fashion
