Job Title: Transformation PMO Analyst - Finance

Job Type: 24 month Fixed Term Contract

Rate: £70,000-£80,000 FTC

Location: Hybrid role 2 days in Central London

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Analyst to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO/PMO) on an urgent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the governance and reporting, supporting weekly transformation office and stakeholder meetings (SteerCo meetings), managing pipelines, identifying roadblocks, and driving actions across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support weekly transformation office and stakeholder meetings, including SteerCo's, capturing and driving actions
• Manage transformation/EPM tools, including final configuration and development of dashboards leveraging Power BI for reporting
• Manage pipelines, identifying and resolving roadblocks
• Demonstrate financial literacy, including understanding P&L and cash flow, to support financial benefits tracking within transformation projects
• Own and run transformation tools, with competence in EPM tools such as Amplify, Wave, Shibumi, or Plan

Requirements:

• Experience owning and running transformation analysis, reporting and governance
• Competence in EPM tools such as Amplify, Wave, Shibumi, or Plan
• Beneficial if you have experience using Power BI skills, including coding and dashboard creation for reporting, would be beneficial
• Financial literacy, including understanding P&L and cash flow of a programme
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

This role will be especially well suited to candidates who have sound financial knowledge and experience managing project costs and reporting. If you hold the relevant experience and have operated within a Finance or Transformation PMO this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
