Job Title: Data Programme Manager

Location: Sheffield (3days On-site/week)

Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Programme Manager to lead and deliver complex data-driven programmes across multiple geographies and time zones. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in programme delivery, particularly in data-centric environments. You will be responsible for unifying delivery across various teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of data programmes, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
Coordinate across multiple teams, geographies, and time zones to drive unified programme execution.
Manage programme budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Act as the voice of the programme, ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure programme success.
Foster collaboration between data engineering, analytics, and business teams.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in programme management, particularly in data or technology domains.
Strong understanding of data platforms, data governance, and analytics delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets and complex delivery roadmaps.
Experience working in matrixed environments with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar programme management certification.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, Banking, etc.).
Background in data engineering or analytics is a plus.
