Role Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager or DU head to lead strategic programs, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to oversee complex technology and business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

To plan for Program and Delivery Management and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of time| cost and quality are met.

To support business development activities to source further business from the existing client.

To ensure customer engagement / satisfaction and referenceability.

To guide, manage, develop and engage the team

To anchor process improvement/compliance and other organizational initiatives

Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams.

Manage cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.

Ensure programs deliver business value and meet strategic goals.

Drive continuous improvement in program management practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Program Manager in technology or consulting environments.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple dependencies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
