Programme Manager - Data - Insurance

London - Hybrid

£750-£950/day - Outside IR35

Our client, a London Markets Insurance organisation, is seeking a Programme Manager to manage and lead their Data Transformation workstream.

The chosen candidate will be working across various departments (underwriting, operations, claims, IT, Finance), where they will partner with senior stakeholders to support the data transformation.

You must have significant prior experience in delivering large, complex data transformation initiatives within an insurance environment. A working knowledge of the Insurance Market is essential, as is experience in operating in both agile and waterfall environments.

Experience of Data Warehouse implementation is essential, preferably with the use of Snowflake technology, and experience of implementing Master Data Management solutions.

Experience Required:

10+ years of experience delivering large, complex projects/ programmes, including at least 5 years within the insurance industry.
Strong experience and working knowledge of how the insurance industry operates.
Demonstrated experience operating in both agile and waterfall project environments.
Experience of Data Warehouse implementation is essential, preferably with the use of Snowflake technology
Experience of implementing Master Data Management solutions is preferable.
