Program Manager

Your responsibilities As the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading complex infrastructure and security programmes aligned with IT strategy
• Managing delivery to time, cost, and quality standards
• Overseeing risk mitigation and safe implementation into production
• Driving benefits realisation in collaboration with sponsors
• Managing large-scale teams and supplier relationships across the delivery lifecycle.

Mandatory skills You will have a solid understanding of:

• Infrastructure and/or CISO strategy and delivery
• Programme management methodologies (MSP, Prince2, Agile)
• Financial and commercial management of £3–10m+ programmes
• Stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication
• Change management and transformation governance

Desirable skills Ideally, you will be familiar with:

• Cloud migration and data centre transformation
• Workplace technology rollouts
• Supplier contract negotiation and performance management
• Leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments
• Working within regulated or enterprise-scale environments
