Wipro is seeking a Senior Program Test Manager to join our Finance & Actuarial Transformation team. As the Senior Program Test Manager, you will lead the testing strategy and execution for complex transformation programmes, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. Your Responsibilities

Developing and leading the test strategy, planning, and scheduling across multiple releases within the transformation programme.
Managing system integration, data validation, UAT, regression, and operational acceptance testing (OAT) across policy and claims administration platforms and related financial systems.
Collaborating with actuarial, finance, data governance, and IT teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with cross-functional teams including IFRS17, actuarial, regulatory, and statutory reporting.
Ensuring adherence to non-functional requirements such as performance, financial controls, and service assurance standards.
Supporting go-live readiness through detailed cutover planning and post-implementation validation to maintain operational stability.

Mandatory Skills

Programme-level test management within finance, actuarial, or regulatory transformation initiatives.
Insurance data, claims processing, actuarial reserving, and financial reporting.

Data platforms, ETL pipelines, and enterprise reporting tools.

Stakeholder management and communication across business and technical domains.

Governance frameworks, change management, and release planning in regulated environments.

Desirable Skills

UK-based finance and actuarial programme delivery.
Working in large-scale transformation environments.
Advanced degree (Master’s) in a STEM subject.
