Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting for a Programme Controls Coordinator to join the Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA). This role is a 12 month fixed term Maternity cover.
The 330km Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) Project by Anglian Water is under construction and will be completed during AMP8. Beyond this we have a further 260km of water transfer pipelines and associated infrastructure to be delivered in AMP8.
About The Role
As a Programme Controls Coordinator, you’ll work collaboratively within our Programme Controls team, reporting to the Governance, Change, and Reporting Manager. You'll play a critical role in supporting programme controls deliverables, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of reporting, governance, and change management processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Reporting:
- Coordinate the SPA Monthly Board Pack, ensuring timely submission and quality assurance of inputs such as Earned Value Management and Schedule Milestone data.
- Upload and validate key data, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Change Management:
- Administer the SPA Change process, issuing Change Request Forms (CRFs), validating submissions, and coordinating Governance Forum invitations.
- Maintain the Change Register, updating statuses and preparing monthly Change Reports.
- Governance:
- Organize Governance meetings, ensuring agendas, actions, and documentation are properly managed and audit trails are maintained.
- Monitor and update the Governance Map, liaising with teams to reflect required updates to stage dates and commercial data.
- Data & Resilience:
- Support Power BI reporting development and provide reporting resilience during absences.

- Has experience in programme controls, document control, or administration.
