Programme Delivery Lead – Financial Services

📍 London (Remote-First) | ⏳ 12-month contract (with 2-year programme horizon) | 💰 Competitive (Outside IR35)

We’re supporting one of our key clients - a fast-growing financial services organisation on a major platform migration programme. The business has recently implemented a new core platform and is now embarking on a multi-year journey to transition a large client base from legacy systems.

This will be a hands-on, delivery-focused role with direct access to senior leadership. The successful candidate will be accountable for end-to-end programme mobilisation and execution, working across operations, technology, finance, compliance, and client engagement to deliver a safe, timely, and value-driven migration.

The role

Lead a high-profile migration programme with clear governance and accountability.
Drive planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless client transition.
Navigate challenges with external partners and manage sensitive commercial conversations.
Oversee programme delivery across multiple functions, ensuring risks are proactively managed.
Provide regular updates and transparency to executive leadership.

What we’re looking for

✔ Proven track record in large-scale programme / change delivery within financial services.

✔ Pragmatic and delivery-driven – able to cut through blockers and drive execution at pace.

✔ Strong experience working with C-suite stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

✔ Confidence in managing external partner or client relationships through change.

⭐ Bonus: background in insurance, lending, or platform-driven financial services.
