Enactor is a cloud-based, unified commerce platform for retailers, offering a next-generation Point of Sale (POS) and order management system built on flexible microservices and low-code tools, enabling seamless omnichannel experiences, self-checkout, mobile POS, and offline resilience for large enterprises and specialty stores. It provides central management (Estate Manager), allowing retailers to unify online/offline channels, manage promotions, inventory, and clienteling, and quickly adapt solutions without heavy reliance on vendors.

We are currently looking to hire a Programme Delivery Manager, to work alongside our Director, you will be working on global retail accounts, delivering Technology solutions.

This role will be customer facing, and you will be managing the relationships with CIO's and IT Directors for our large clients globally.

We are looking for a senior delivery professional who has managed large programmes, stakeholder relationships, managed C suite relationships and delivered retail or ecommerce programmes, whilst managing off shore teams.

This is a brilliant step-up opportunity for someone who has:

✅ 10+ years’ experience in Software Delivery/ Programme Management

✅ Proven success managing enterprise-level stakeholders & governance

✅ Experience delivering Technical Projects and managing offshore teams

✅ Delivered Software programmes at enterprise level, especially within retail or ecommerce

If you have strong Programme/ Delivery experience and enjoy managing client relationships, then this role will be ideal for you, this will suit a Senior Delivery Manager who enjoys delivering projects and working with C suite, you will also get International travel too.
