Our clients are investing in the next generation of power, advanced reactor technologies, and major upgrades to national energy infrastructure. These multi-billion-pound programmes are technically demanding, commercially complex, and nationally significant. You’ll be at the helm—leading delivery, managing risk, and ensuring success in programmes that are vital to the UK’s energy security and net-zero ambitions.
Your Purpose
As a senior leader in our Major Projects Team, you will.
- Lead major nuclear and power programmes, from new build and decommissioning to grid infrastructure and advanced energy systems.
- Direct multi-disciplinary teams of 100+ professionals, ensuring technical excellence, commercial performance, and stakeholder alignment.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders, government bodies, and industry leaders to shape strategy and influence outcomes.
- Drive innovation and delivery excellence, embedding best practices across the programme lifecycle.
- Support business growth, leading strategic bids and developing compelling value propositions in collaboration with Market and Business Development Directors.
What You Can Bring
- Proven leadership of large-scale, high-value technical programmes (£10m+), ideally in Nuclear, Power Generation, or Energy Infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of nuclear/ power programme lifecycles, regulatory environments, and safety-critical delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative leadership.
- A passion for delivering outcomes that secure the UK’s energy future.
- Location: UK-wide with travel as required.
