The job:
We’re recruiting a Programme Management Office Analyst (PMO Analyst) to work in our Client Success department playing a crucial role in implementing shiny new clients, helping existing clients with their projects and changes, or on internal projects and changes.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Implementations are the first chance our business gets to work closely with new clients. This is where we’re installing and configuring our system to meet our clients’ needs.
We’re focused on building successful and lasting relationships with our clients because we make each other successful in the long run. And working on existing client projects you’ll be helping make sure projects deliver smoothly.
Your expertise will help ensure project quality, along with timely and budget-compliant
deliveries, and achievement of business outcomes. This position is pivotal in driving the
maturity and capability of our Programme Management function.
Whatever you work on, it’s really important the PMO Analyst is collaborative, a great
communicator verbally and in writing, brilliantly organised, and an excellent team-mate as you’ll also need to work closely with the rest of our teams such as project managers, business analysts, implementation consultants, testing, and core product developers. Great things happen when people work together so you’ll need to enjoy doing that.
Client and key stakeholder management is something that you’ll need to love doing and excel at. Building strong relationships is essential; listening to concerns and ensuring needs are met throughout the duration of projects and contributing to excellent collaboration and project success.
Key skills and experience:
Have at least 3 years’ experience of working as a Programme Management Office Analyst/Client Delivery
Lead/Project Manager in a pensions, financial services or IT environment.
Be excellent at communicating with all stakeholders
Reporting skills – preparation and presentation of clear and detailed project reports
Be able to multitask effectively
Be super organised and efficient
Have excellent time management skills
Be tenacious, proactive and use their initiative
Be an excellent team worker with good time management and work planning abilities
Be self-motivated and capable of working independently. Be hard working and willing to go the extra mile when needed
Take ownership of tasks, complete them promptly
