As Programme Management Support Officer, you will play a central role in keeping our programme management function running smoothly. Your work will include arranging Programme and Strategic Board meetings, helping to develop and implement consistent project management processes, supporting the collection and presentation of performance and project data, and maintaining accurate records and systems. You’ll also provide diary and meeting support to the Assistant Director for Policy & Partnerships, and offer wider administrative assistance to the team as needed.
We are seeking a highly organised and reliable administrator who enjoys working with a range of people and supporting complex work behind the scenes. You’ll bring strong communication skills, good IT capability and a careful, methodical approach to your work, with the confidence to liaise with senior officers and manage competing priorities. Experience in a large or public sector organisation is helpful but not essential. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds who are proactive, adaptable, keen to learn and committed to delivering high-quality support as part of a collaborative team.
The post is offered as a Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2028, on a full time basis (36 hours per week).
