Programme Manager (Modern Workplace) – UK, Hybrid – Permanent

VIQU have partnered with a leading UK organisation to recruit a Programme Manager with deep Modern Workplace expertise. You’ll lead transformation programmes across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and associated tools, shaping roadmaps, driving adoption, and influencing technical decisions across the business.

What you’ll do:

Lead end-to-end Modern Workplace programmes across multiple workstreams
Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and wider EUC technologies
Manage and coach project managers, providing delivery leadership
Align business needs with technology roadmaps and oversee integrations/migrations
Engage senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and report on progress

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience delivering large-scale Modern Workplace programmes
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and migrations from on-prem
Ability to guide technical design, influence teams, and shape strategy
Excellent stakeholder management, governance, and multi-team leadership
