Programme Manager – Sustainability & Regulatory Change - The Role

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-impact programmes focused on sustainability and regulatory change.
  • Collaborate with market-leading sustainability experts and the firm’s Sustainability Committee to drive meaningful transformation.
  • Develop business cases, manage scope, budgets, timelines, and ensure programmes deliver against strategic objectives.
  • Establish and oversee programme governance, balancing agility with control for effective decision-making.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across a complex change portfolio.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change enablement strategies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership through reports and presentations.
  • Champion best practices in programme management aligned with the firm’s goals.

Programme Manager - Sustainability & Regulatory Change - What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering complex programmes in professional services or global organisations.
  • Expertise in sustainability and regulatory-driven change, with a track record of mitigating risks and achieving compliance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially in global, cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency in programme management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, APMQ).
  • A forward-thinking, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for responsible business practices.
