Project Administrator to join our expanding team. In this vital role, you'll support the commercial function and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and day-to-day efficiency. Training is provided, and you’ll report to a flexible, supportive manager who will set you up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Updating internal systems and validating works for civils teams
- Supporting timekeeping and meeting deadlines in target-driven environments
- Handling payroll, AP, or process-related administration
- Managing inboxes, data entry, and internal tracking
- Collaborating with project and commercial teams to manage workflow
- Ensuring all work is accurate, on time, and compliant
What You’ll Bring
- Telecoms or utilities background (ideal but not essential)
- Experience in admin roles with strong process or finance components
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator and a real team player
- A calm, proactive approach in busy, fast-paced settings
