Project Adminstrator-SMA

Job Summary
The Project Adminstrator will support project teams within Strategic Market Access and across E&A with inputting, maintaining, and reporting project data in Salesforce, SAP By Design, and Microsoft Fabric. The role will support project delivery teams with tracking financial project metrics, client invoicing activities, and supplier purchasing and payment activities. The Project Administrator will also work alongside the E&A Central Project Management team to provide additional administrative support for projects and for the leadership team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Inputting, maintaining, and reporting data in Salesforce
- Setting up new project records in SAP By Design
- Reviewing and maintaining project data in SAP By Design
- Reporting on key project performance metrics based on data in SAP By Design and Microsoft Fabric
- Managing financial project administration tasks, including requesting client invoices and supplier purchase orders and processing supplier invoices
- Providing administrative support to project delivery teams
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the leadership team
Experience, Skills, And Qualifications
- Recent relevant work experience
- Strong general technical skills/competence
- Proactivity, responsiveness, and the ability to balance shifting priorities to ensure that timelines are met
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to be flexible in approach
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams)
- Willingness to learn new technical processes and work with emerging AI tools
